A one-footer when you simultaneously pull the bars against your hip and push the bike forward with the back leg.
How do it
Grizzly is another one foot variation. Not all that challenging, but looks great.
1.
Begin by doing a regular one foot.
2.
Now try to draw your leg backward.
3.
And now for the fun part! You need to simultaneously pull the handlebars against your hip and push the bike forward with the back leg (the one that’s standing on the pedal). The movement is very similar to a powerful oldschool no hand. With the handlebars pressed against your hip, your body tilts forward. Your head should remain sideways from the front wheel.
