A Bunny Hop in which you turn the cranks backwards 360°.
How do it
Crankflip is a bunny hop in which you turn the cranks backwards 360 degrees. Before trying it out, give your chain a little slack and make sure your pedals are spinning freely.
1.
You can try this on very low speed. Slightly lower your back pedal (this will raise your front pedal) and lower your front foot's toe.
2.
Ride in this position and execute a bunny hop. While in the air, use your front leg to spin the pedals upwards and back. Slightly jump up from the bike yourself.
3.
Watch the rotation of the pedals and try to catch them by simply returning your feet to their original position.
