Going up the quarter in an arc opposite to your direction, jump out and perform a loop in the air.
How do it
The alleyoop is an important skill and the entry for a vast array of tricks. It is found in a wide variety of riding besides bmx and mtb. The idea is to go up the quarter in an arc opposite to your direction, jump out and perform a loop in the air.
1.
Go in at a slight angle towards your front leg. When on the transition, gradually straighten your arms and legs, as you normally would.
2.
After jumping out of the quarter, keep your arms and legs straight. Your body should slant away from your front leg, and your head should be facing your landing point.

This is how you perform the loop.

Now simply draw in your bike and land.
