How do it
360 air is one of the first serious tricks youl have to learn. It’s best practiced onto a funbox table. And no need to jump too high!
1.
Accelerate to jump onto the funbox table. Give yourself a slight alleyoop and begin arching the jump.
2.
It’s all about getting the push just right. You’re basically performing the push along the entirety of the ramp, cutting off once the front wheel goes over the edge. Smoothly turn with your shoulders and head. Take care not to hook the rear wheel on the coping, and pay attention to your flight path — you should be going as straight as possible.
3.
Once you’re in the air, under no circumstances are you to pull up the bike. Try to make the least amount of movement you can. Just turn your head and look in the direction of rotation. Keep you weight in the center of the bike.
4.
Once you’re half way through the rotation, find your landing spot and get ready to touch ground.
5.
Try to limit each element to a single movement. Aim for a graceful and smooth spin, even if it means rotating only part of the way. Don’t worry, you’ll get there sooner than you think.
