A jump from both wheels at one time with a 180° rotation.
How do it
180 hop is a jump with a 180 rotation, but executed with a hop(!). A hop is a jump performed with both wheels simultaneously.
1.
Start off riding slowly. Slightly bend your arms and legs and begin turning the wheel in the direction of your rotation. Execute a hop by pulling up your arms and legs simultaneously. Turn you arms and body 180 degrees, constantly looking in the direction of your rotation.
2.
Land and start spinning your pedals backwards, to ride fakie.
3.
To exit the fakie, turn the wheel towards your back leg, lift your handlebars and push down on the pedals simultaneously.
