A combination of a stand on the front wheel in Footjam and 360° rotation of the frame like in Tailwhip.
How do it
To do a Footjam tail whip hold a footjam and rotate the frame 360 degrees, then jump back onto the pedals.
1.
Ride slowly. Push the bike frame with your back foot and simultaneously bring your front foot into footjam position.
2.
Catch your balance on the front wheel, holding your front leg on it. Your other leg should be hanging in the air.
3.
Spin your frame around. You can help it spin by tilting the handlebars forward and backward.
4.
When the frame completes its rotation, focus and return your feet to their original position in one movement.
