How do it
Foot jam is a nice trick that helps develop control. Is the starting point for a variety of tricks, and a good way to U-turn in the transition.
1.
Hop a little and switch you weight forward to land on the front wheel. Put your front foot on the tire.
2.
Extend you hands to make sure you rear wheel is higher then the front one.
3.
Repeat it on the quarter pipe. Keep the back end of your bike over the coping — it allows you to lean in over the quarter pipe and hop back in to the transition.
4.
Push forward on your wheel to hop back.
