If you ride left foot foward you should bar to the left and spin to the right. And if your right foot foward you should bar to the right and spin to the left

Try doing a 180 bar disaster then try to do a 270 bar onto a quarter then just work your way around and really pull hard and keep your head turned and after you catch the bars pull again
