Do which ever one feels better, Im right foot forward and I grab with my right, but which ever hand you have less one handed support go with that one, but I think in tech terms its if you spin left grab right, spin right grab left.

I am right foot forward and grab it with my right hand, but try both hands and see which hand you feel more comfortable with.
