Do a very little bunny hop in first time and try to do a manual.
When you do it, try with big bunny and push and you're legs for land it !

Try to focus on your manual position and remember it, then try to jump a little and get the same manual position... Repeat until you got it!

try doing some little hops while doing a normal manual in flat, that could help you

I found that it helps when you hop higher than you would need to, so you have more time to set the back end down and get set up for the manual. Still make sure the front end stays up in the hop too.

When you do a bunny hop pull up the front end as far as you can and with your feet try to pull the back end up and that should allow you to hop and be levelled out in the air

Point you toes down has you try to pull the back tire up

Bend your legs at an angle of 90degress. if you can dilute them slightly apart (as do l) it is not much help to balance😎
always jump on something u can clear 100% AND be able to have enough air to land in the manual position

Hop and lean back

Try it on a small curb or sidewalk
Ride at moderate speed and jump on from the street on the sidewalk and land leaning back
Learn the manual first, make sure you're comfortable and then start learning it from a hop. When you hop up the obstacle, lean back slightly and pull back on your bars an equal amount
When you bunny hop, in middle of the hop get into the same position as you would do when you manual
Try manual to manual from a ledge to lower ledge or a ledge to flat.
This helps most as the movement is almost the same as a bunny hop to manual.
Important is the balance point one must find when you put all your pressure on the back tire shortly BEFORE you land.

Practice
Work on picking your front tire up then your back tire up then lift both at the same time and you go it
Pull your bars up and than pull the rat of your body up
Pull up with your arms and let your legs follow and just keep trying :)
Practice first pulling your front tire and pulling your back tire step by step
When you jump you need to point your toes down
Pull up your bars lean back the throw your weight forward, push your bars how and use your feet to get up the back tire
Just do a wheelie and pop the back up
Use grippy shoes and use the peddles to get the back tire up
Level your pedals sink your weight lean back a bit and pull the front tire up and sort of hop pull bars re center your balance of the bike.
First pull up your front end once you are comfortable with your height in the front pop your feet up with the pedals to balance yourself out
Crouch down and back then pull your front tire up at the same time then stand up and push your bars and weight forward. Also practice makes perfect
Once you get enough speed like 1 crank pull up then jump with your feet gripping your pedals see if that works it works for me

Put a stick on the ground. Lift the front wheel with your weight and a little bit of arms. Then scoop the back tire by making your pedals vertical and curl your toes to more grip. Keep increasing your spread until it becomes a fluid motion.
Learn to pull the front wheel up first then bend your legs and pull hard with your arms and curl your feet on the pedals so they don't fall of
Pull the bars up to your just and kind of go for for the hop and bring your knees up then push the bars forward and you will start to feel the back wheel levelling out
Pull up with arms and tuck legs as much as you can practice practice practice
Pull up then snap back wheel up really quick it also helps if you hop over something or onto something.
It's really simple, it'll come so naturally you won't understand how. Just go at a good speed and practice pulling your front wheel at a good hight, once you get high enough pull your back wheel up. To pull you back wheel up face your feet down on your pedals and push back, once you can do that put those tips together at the same time. That's how I did it.
lean back to raise the front wheel(dont pull up with your arms), explode upwards pulling the bars to your waist, and push forward to level out
What I do is pull up on the handlebars to get the front wheel in the air and then push the handlebars back down a bit to get back wheel in the air. Hope that helps good luck!

Think of it like a wave. Lift ur front tire up then scoop while ur scooping push ur arms forward and most importantly COMMIT!

If you know how to do a nose manual then while your front tire is in the air do the nose manual motion at the same time
