I can get my front wheel up. I have trouble getting my back wheel up. I pull the bars to my body, point my toes down and push with my legs.

hey man it's all good see I started by hanging my chest over the bar and jumping up while your holding the bike good luck
You almost gotta push your bars forward to get your back wheel up
You pretty much yank your back wheel up by pointing your toes down and tucking your legs up towards your butt, you can try this out by only pulling your back end up until you get that, then you can add it to your bunny hop.
