Simpily practise untill u find pulling up your bars easy
Pull up high on the front and try to match the rear to that height. Also try to tuck the bike inside your knee.
Practice
Practice, and do everything for a small hop, but faster. The momentum will force you higher
But in the end, practice, practice, practice.
Bend your knees for More power jumping. Also when you are in the air bend your knees and pull hard On the handlebars.
Step 1 practice pulling up your front tire
Step 2 push your backwheel up whith your veets step 3 do step 1 +2= bunnyhop
Push bars forward more when hopping, pinch your seat or frame with your legs and pull your legs up a bit while pinching.

I have that same question. But you can practice on a lighter bike until you get the momentum to where you are getting like a foot then you work your way up to your normal bike weight
