In order to do a bunny hop you need to pull up your front tire then jump up and forward. Put 90% of your body weight forward. Before doing this jump practice leaning forward and and picking up your feet so that the back tire pops up. That's called an endo. Keep practicing doing endos then eventually work your way up to the actual bunny hop.

Don't try to get too much hight. To learn the Bunny hop only lift your front wheel less than 1 foot off the ground then throw your body weight forward. If you know how to go the endo and manual (temporarily) you can use a see-sawing motion. Lift your front wheel and when it naturally falls transfer your weight forewards and try to lift your back wheel as fast as possible. Keep repeating this and eventually your body will get fast enough to do it.

Just pretend like you are jumping without your bmx

Lift the back tyre by paddling a little bit forward when your front tyre is up. I have also the same problem.

A good way I learned is to point your toes downward and kind of scoop your back wheel up.

Be on the balls of your feet on the pedals. Don't be on your toes or on you heels.

Try to bend you body forward when the front wheel is in the air.

As u start jumping first bring ur front wheel up and ur back wheel will follow

Just think that it is nothing and get that back tire up

Bring up your arms when jumping with the front end up then when you think your high enough push arms down see what happens or just pop it jump high and see

Push the front wheel forward and push your right or left foot(whatever you use) and flick it up

Well, some help I could give is to learn how to pull your back tire up just a bit and keep practicing it.

Point your toes down and scoop up with your feet.

Try pulling the bars forward, and tucking your legs up, together it might help

Make sure u point your toes down and tuck in your legs

Point your toes downward and twist your bars forward

man to do bunny hop you have a steering wheel pressed to her stomach after a quick push it ahead and pull your legs at the same time. the most important thing is practice. I personally learned it somewhere and a half months.
So when u do a bunny hop pull up try to shove the handlebars in your stomach while bending your knees in the air and try to shove the seat into butt no homo but that's how I learned my tricks and involving this trick but u should practice on doing it up curbs and off and then practice stairs when I see yourself progressing😝👊✌
When you lift up back tire act like you have something on Shoe. so aim your foot down word and pretend to
wipe it off while leaning forward then do that motion
the front wheel and then then back wheel & u should have a Bunnyhop.
Stop being a pussy and do it 😁
Throw your weight forward and tilt your pedals down to grip and help you pull up
Man. Put on the road some stone, desk or something like that and accelerate, and just jump over that. Thats how i learn b-hop 5 years ago:-). Good luck. Peace✌
Try to move your hands more up and then forward, that's how I learned and then focus on engaging the rest of your body
Pull up a little bit and then Try to pull up the back at the same time. Then pull up higher for both and after a few try's you will have it down
Pull your front tire up then jump like you do on the ground and make sure you keep your feet on the pedals
Just hop with both wheels at the same time then after time start pulling up the front more ND then the back
Keep your body centered and straight
What you need to do is shift youre body foreword and don't over think it keep trying it takes time
Ok so u r going to want to pull ur handle bars to ur waist the best you can then push forwards and jump with ur feet at the same time
Me too but I solved the problem very fast
Good luck to all beginners whit the bunny hop
Then you are beginning to pull your front wheel up then make your feet on the pedals go down and up like a waving moment and then drag your feet up. There you have it!!!))
I am 100% sure that if you work on the Bunny hop very often you can make it very soon‼‼
Imagine as your push your bars forward try to kick your heels into your butt
When you have your front tire up you need to jump but not just jump, you need to crunch your legs up into your body kinda them straighten put the bike while in the air then land!
Pull your legs up as soon as the bike reach a ankel of 45° while pulling your bars toward you chest.
Do it!!! Just do it!!!
Here's a tip
Crouch then bring your front wheel up the do a little hop like your jumping off the bike but not that much power, after u hop complete the trick by pushing the bar forward and tuck in to also help bring the back wheel up and to bunny hop higher.
Hope this helps you good luck.
manual til your backtires hit somting en thats kind of bunnyhop
point your toes down and sort of scoop the pedals back and up
pull up then kick your back tire up and push forward to get your back tire off the ground you have to angle your got back and scoop up the pedals
do a manual at first then throw all of ur weight forward and there u have it PS the higher ur front wheel the higher the hop
try just lifting your back tire by pushing your pedals backwards like if your snekers are sticking should help
try to point your wrists down almost like riding a motorbike when your ready to bring your back wheel up and scoop up with your feet
Have courage and use your feet to grip your pedals to lift your bike up off the ground :)
Push the handlebars forwards while the front tire is in the air.
try and push your arms forward and bend your legs after you pop the front wheel so that it will allow your bike to lift up and bunny hop.
Try to push the bar down right when you pull it up maybe it will help get the back
Tire a little bit higher
Just lean back wit the bars coming towards you to get the front up then as u lean back really fast extand ur arms and to brin the back up have ur toes pointing down and tuck
lean forwards and scoop you feet while on you pedals, u can already pull up so first just pull up and push your bars forwards until u get confidence to scoop your feet and such the bike up towards your bum
when your front wheel is up pull up and forwards and the back wheel should come up and when your front wheel is up put you Wight forwards 🤘🏼
try to stand on the floor with your rare wheel between your legs, pull your front wheel up and push your hands forwards if you have it try to do it while riding
I had the same problem, what helped me was to get good with picking up back tire without picking up the front and then when I picked up the front, pushing forward and kicking it out.
Use your feet to scoop up the pedals. So as you pull the bars up, push down with your legs and point your toes down and scoop up the pedals and when in the air try to pull the seat up to tap your ass.
Keep on practicing and don't get discouraged my friend. 👌👍💪
bend toes bro and push weight forward
When your feet are even when you ate about to jump up you need to pop your front tire up and then its like as if your trying to suck the bike up in the air
To pop up the back tire you use your feet on the peddles and lean forward and lift the back of the bike with yo feet practice doing that by its self then add it to your bunny hop
practice lifting your tires up one at a time over something small like a stuffed animal. sounds stupid but as you start doing it faster it will combine and you'll be doing the hop
Make sure youre jumping up too, not just pulling the bars up. Stay low on your bike as you approach the jump, then push off the ground and pull the bars straight up with the jump. That should get you off the ground. Remember, don't forget to jump up.
lift your front as I high as you can, then jump the rest of your body, then bring your back and front level and tuck up and then land.
try and lift the rear end up with your hands
you have to push your body for words
set ur w8 between the seat to rear wheel and remove ur weight (w8) at the front at the same time, jumping.
practice to get confortable
a good way to get it up is to point your toes down and shift your weight from the back to the front
what you gotta do is raise the front up as high as you can the jump whith your body and suck the rear end up as high as you can
compress your legs at the same time as ur arms and then push forwards on the bars
just put your feet facing down when they are on the pedals and push up using ur 'butt' and be sure that you know how to lift your back tire good so then when you are trying to do the bunny hop you find it easy (just first pull up the front tire up and then just the back tire and it should be very easy)
practice leaning forward to where u back tire comes off the ground when u get that down practice lifting the front tire up and when u think u have both down lift the front tire up along with ur body and bike and then left the back tire up
try to pull it up using ur feet
try pulling it up with ur feet
use you feet
scoop your back feet and tuck in you should be able to level out
point you toes at the ground and pull up
i have the same problem but i fixed it try it 100 times and u landed it
guys I think he knows how to bunny hop by now no need to keep posting
try pulling your handle bars up then forward
shift your center of gravity forward by pushing with your head, and pulling the back wheel up. maybe pushing a bit into the handlebars should help you
when you are riding try to point your toes downward and have your pedal at a 90 degree angle
Your feet help quite a lot too once your front wheel is up put them forward to try and shift your weight forward
Bro you gotta compress your body and use all your might and just huck it upwards, try your best practice makes perfect no pros were born over night
When your front wheel is at its peak push forward and sort of scoop your back end up with ya feet and you'll be hoping over homeless people in no time
You want to practice moving your back tire like without lifting the front too so try that
Practice shifting your weight to the front so that youll be able to lift your back tire up
Point ur toes downward on the pedals then bring ur knees to ur chest
just go for it
The word that helped me learn this was "scoop." You basically want to dip your feet forward and push up with your feet to get your back tire up. Combine the motions in one swift move and you got it. Hope this helped a little!
when you pull up your front use your arms and legs to lift your back end.
Just lift your front end and push all your weight forwards, it gets easier after a while
What I do is I get the front end up and pull up and push forward and it should bring up the back end
It's all about your wrist position. Lower them down the grip so when you push you are pushing forward. Not down.
Tilt your peddle then once you lift your front have your peddle tilted then lift up with your legs
Kind of push your bars forwards when you have your tire at least half way up and your back tire should lift
Push your weight forward
When u have ur front tire up u push most of ur weight towards the front tire
Try to stetch your legs when your tire is up
Angle your toes downward slightly and do kick yourself up the butt action. Practise this on the flat with your front wheel kept down to get the feel for the action.
So just bounce a couple times and then pull up on your front bars while pulling up your pedals and jumping
First you wanna practice lifting up ur back tire without the front by leaning forward and kind of scooping up your feet after you get that down then just add the motion into lifting your front end
Before i learnt to scoop my back end up i just leaned all the way forward as soon as my front end was in the air and that made my back wheel come up, after you have done this you will learn how to scoop you back wheel up gradually but for me it was all about the weight of my body over the bike thats what helped me, also it took me about a year to do it aha i practised about once every couple of days for like 5 minutes at a time and i got it after a year so its not a trick that comes over night
When ya pull up the front and take some wieght off the peddles and tuck ur knees
JUST DO IT
When you bring your front wheel up bring up as high up as possible and push against your pedals to bring your back wheel up and it will come together but don't ever stop practicing it because you can add bits onto it to make it more stylish such as moto whips I hope I helped if you find anything else challenging don't hesitate to ask.
I did to try lifting your back end up and then your front end and then try lifting your front end up and then your back end
If you want Anna practice lifting you're back tier take you're front tire and put it up agains a wall and practice lifting it up like a tire press
Use a different pumb to pumb your tyres
try using your grip to slip forward and angle to your feet
U need to feel the pedal whith ur toes the pull the pedals up it will go up and make ur bunny hop higher
Once you've got your front wheel lifting into the air, bend your legs so that the bike lifts with both wheels.
Lean forward and pull back and just try to feel your back tire lift up, and don't think about lifting them both up just do it!!
What really helped me was lean a little over the handlebars and push into the pedals it's really hard to explain I'm sorry that I can't help anymore. Search it on YouTube
Grow pair, with a bunny hop you're only gonna go about a foot off the ground at first until you get it dialed in
You don't need to move your legs just pull
Try to lift your front and back wheels up separately. Then just try to lift your front wheel as higg as you can and bend your knees and straight your arms. It should let you to get your back wheel up and jump.
Practice leaning forward and bringing it back wheel up then all I do is pull up your front wheel and pull up hard using your legs as springs
Right after you pull your front tire up just push your handlebars forwards
Put your weight on your back wheel pull the front up and bounce off the back. Don't be scared just go for it. If you ever find any trick scary just do it on grass or maybe use shin pads and a helmet.
Use the same motion as wiping mud off your shoe to grip the pedals, and use the handlebars to push your feet into the pedals, then throw your weight forward and grip the pedals like this, practice and you will learn control of the back wheel
Lean back to front and angle your toes downward and there u go
Just take the weight off your pedals when you lift your front tyre.
Kinda sweep the pedals up and back
Don't afraid, be more concentrated
Ok so first u u make like a j motion with ur feet then u can practice on a dirt trail that has a lot o jumps or on some rocks and the better u get move down the side of the rocks then ground
Point your toes down and use your leg as and weight to push forward
Practice pulling just your back tire up and just your front tire up. When you master both of these just try to put them together
U want to use your feet to catch on the pedals and pull up.
Push your bars forward while bending your knees
Practice lifting the back end with your pedals by pointing your toes down and lifting up
First of all try it in 3 steps.
Step 1: lift just your front tire
Step 2: lift only your back tire as high as you can
Step 3: try it together be not too slow and push your front wheel up then your back wheel it has to be a flowing motion. My tipp is: In my opinion it's easier when you're faster. Good luck
you gotta commit
Jump like physically pull your bike up with you
Don't think about it just do it like Nike
Point your toes Downwards and really push up and you will gradually get there with the hop
Practice flicking your back wheel up by pushing your back foot down then lifting it up while it remains pointed down.
Yes
Kinda use your toes and push your weight forward try practicing that.so you push your weight to the fromt and bent your toes and then try lifting the back tire
All at once
What I do is when I pick up my front wheel I push my body to the front the I jump and bend my knees and the back wheel goes up whit your legs
It's all in the arms so once you can pop your front up high enough slowly push forward but with bunny hops just keep practicing.
Try to learn little nose manual..or try to bang to wall and scoop ur back wheel up
Point your toes foward when you're in the air and pull the back end towards you bum
Before you worry about both tires find a pipe or something small get front over then back over one at a time this will give you the motion needed to get both tires in the air hope this was helpful
It's ok like Nike says "JUST DO IT". :)
When you lift ur front end up push forward and bring up your legs, that should get you a higher and more unique hop
Pull your front bars up to ur waist then try to jump
Suck your knees up at the same time you push your arms forward
Try leaning forward more, point your toes down and spring up
Point your toes down and pull your back legs up
Just jump up and push forward on the bars to balance out the tiers more
When you have the front tire up try to force your back tire by slanting your pedals and kick upwards
When you bunny hop raise your front tire as high as you can and while your still in the air lean forward but do not lean to much forward and tilt your feet down
You want to just commit
Try the English bunny hop first then start by pulling up the front then doing the English bunny hop. After this try building up confidence lifting the front wheel then in the air push forwards on the bars And scoop like in the English bunny hop. I am not too good yet but these are the points that helped me learn.
You want to first squat down low and explosively burst out pulling your bars diagonally towards you and then push out and scoop up with your feet on the pedals. Keep weight in the middle or front then back. Hope this helped!!
When you go to put your back tire in the air pick it up with your feet and use your pedals as an advantage and point your feet down looking towards the ground and push back on your pedals
Practice, practice, practice.... I was just like u... practice every day!
Point your toes down and pull
It makes it a lot easier if you like your toes downwards and basically heel your ass. The grip ok your pedals (and shoes) should just bring the tire up. Try and get as much spring in your legs as possible (:
Try to lift the rear wheel using you feet.
You've got to point your feet so that your toes are facing the ground and then as you pull the front up you do a scooping motion (once your front end is at its highest point) to bring the back up and level out
Try shoving your handlebars forward once you pull up
Transfer your weight foreword after you get the front up and scoop the pedal with your feet but weight transfer is what will do most of the work.
Try flicking your toes forward on the pedals as soon as you lift the front tire up
Ok so you need help doing a ending I guess you could say to help with the bunny hop
What you wanna do is move your bars in an upside down j or L motion when you pull up the front tire
once you get your front tire in the air you need to jump with your bike and push your arms foward to level it out. You will need to he able to loop out to get a good bunny hop. check out adam lz's video on bunnyhops.
As soon as your front tire is up suck in your knees that should get you at least a inch or two
Point your toes down and pull up
As soon as you pop the front tire, scoop with your toes (up) it will bring it up, just make sure ur tight on the pedals and good grip and when your about to pop the back throw ur front it will make you go higher its all about body movement and a little strength.
First pull up the front of the bike as much as possible the higher you pull up the front the higher you'll go second when u pull up balance your body when your front tire is up in the air
Curl your toes under the pedals.
Have your pedals horizontal and point your toes down...
Practice pulling your back tyre up
Put your feet upside down
scoop your feet on the pedals then perform a scooping motion with your feet on the pedals
Try pulling the back wheel off the ground by pushing the front wheel down and pushing up with your feet and then do that when you pop your front wheel
Try not to not pop the back tire try to while you popping the front one try to push the bar and straight your arms
Bend both you arms and knees and as you begin to straighten out pull your arms up when you're fully straightened you should be jumping upwards, scoop you're pedals with your feet and try tuck the back wheel up, don't go big first, try tiny ones then progress up
Pull-up with your hands and your back wheel will come up
Try to pull your front tire up as much as possible and follow your back tire with it so you will hop as high as your front tire goes up
first of all just learn how to bring your back tyre up and then put something in your path like a stick or a bannana or whatever you want and just practise lifting your front tyre and then your back tyre and then just combine them thats how i learnt ;)
What you need to do is when you pull up the front, push it forward, and it'll do the rest
Once you get the front tire up you want to push forward on your bars and scoop your pedals up to get the back wheel. You can practice the scoop by just riding and picking up your back tire, try that a few times then put it all together. Don't forget to post it bro👌🏼👍🏼
Try pointing your toes downwards and also scoop the back tire up
Point your feet down and scoop up your backend
Just lean forward that's all u gotta do and don't be scared it's not that scary after u get it down u will be like y was I so scared of that?
Scoop your pedals with your feet and try to do a spring motion and hop. to practice I suggested trying to do a little nose manual type trick and try and get your back wheel as high as you can
There is a vid from Adam LZ how to bunny Hop he shows how to get you back in the air
Try to be more fluent with the motion. Instead of thinking of it as multiple steps, make all those steps into one simple movement. Like one big curve in the air.
Pull harder
Try lifting only the rear wheel while going forward. When you manage to do that, go on trying to bunny hop
Something that helped me was lifting my knees as high as I could and then the back wheel would follow. I'm not sure if it will work for u though
Use your toes, angel the peddles and scoop
Just pull up and lean forward and push your front tier down and u should do it.and the higher the front tier the hier u bunny hop
You have to pull up your knees ant thats all
When your doing a bunny hop pull your bars up to your chest and lift the back up by leaning your feet down and inwards sounds weird but maybe im not explaining it right
Shift your weight forward. Do this quickly, but not so quickly that you "throw" yourself forward and shake the bike. Snap your heels up quickly and then pull the pedals up with your feet. ... Press back against the pedals as you push your legs up.
You have to bend your knees, and when you front wheel is in the air, point your toes down and do the motion of were you jump, it should make a skooping motion, otbwas a common problem for me when I started a while ago
hey bro, just lift your front wheel up and then you try to hop and pull your bike forward
You need to remember not to be scared of falling
Okay dude try to lift your back wheel simultaneously with your peddals and don't forget to push your handle bars forward
You need to grab the back of your pains and you need to train with him up
Has you pull up the front wheel bend your knees and jump woth the bike
You almost have to lean the bars forward
Pull your bars to your chest or gut while simultaneously jumping and once in the air push your bars forward and honestly just commit to it and to get higher pull your bars up more and spring up more and push your bars at a slight angle upwards. (KEY NOTE WHEN BUNNY HOPPING KEEP YOUR PEDALS LEVEL).
Just lift ur arse up
I have that same problem but I bunny hop differently. Instead of popping the front wire first and then the back I jump and take both tires with me. Align your pedals so they are horizontal then jump like you would without a bike..This was a bit sketchy at first bit you learn to control it...if you fall get back up and try again until you get the hang of it
When your front is up push forward on your handlebars but not to hard then scoop your feet to get grip and pull the back up
After you get the required height of the front wheel you push forward on bars and the back tire will come up.
Lift your front wheel up fist then with your hands and yours feet, kind of lean forward but only a little bit and then lift up your back wheel
Im New at riding a bmx but i think i can help you a bit. Lean your body forward. Push your Arms vs the Bars a bit. Than you put your toes down and Push your feet vs the Pedal. If you Push your hands vs your Bars its easier to bring The back up.
put your chest over bars then scoop pedals up
There is two ways to do a bunny hop the 1 step and 3 step but the 1 step is when you go to wheelie once the frontire is about a inch from the ground you want to scoop with your feet.the 3 step is you do a wheelie and while in the wheelie position you lean forward i don't recommend doing that
You just need to lean foward when your front tire is up in the air. And pick up the bike in mid air.
is a your pedals in a way practice going over a bank at the skatepark
Pull up point toes down then and then lean forward
Point your toes down
When you pull the bars up to yourself, jump up. If done correctly, the back tire will lift off the ground.
Bend your legs and arms down then shoot up and pull up your front wheel. Try to pull it higher than knee height then throw the handlebars forward lifting the back wheel up. It might only be inch but as you do it more it will start to go higher. You've got this.
You must low your seat
Понинимай передние колесо переносять аес тела назад и резким движением двигайся всем теплом вверх. Посли єтого поджимай под себя bmx
It's in your legs to make the back tire up
You can't freeze up. You got to follow thru the motions.
Level out your pedals and make the pedal closest to the back tilt downwards and then pull your bars up and towards you then push on the back pedal and pull it upwards.😁🚲
Try to point your toes at the ground and pull up and back with your feet. That personally helped me.
My friend told my wen I stared trying to do a bunny hop to hop forward it first I was scared my bIke would flip but it didn't and I got a little hop then once I started getting used to that I started trying to do a actual bunny hop
When you lift the front tyre dont pull it up, , push it up
And just before you do that push your back tyre away from you and point your toes down
Point your foot down at the ground and try and push your foot on the pedal while riding then just jump as hard as you can while in this position holding on to the handle bars it takes a few tries but eventually you will get there👍🏻
After u pull your front tire off the ground try putting your weight forward which might help with your back wheel coming off the ground.
Also just try picking up just your back wheel on flat ground. On your pedals put your toes facing the ground and scoop up with your feet and lean forward.
When you lift up the front wheel push the bike forward. The first time it might just come off the ground but keep practicing.
Point toes down and push bike forward
Point you back feet down and push it will make it easier
When you lift up your front wheel have your body on the very back of your and when you pull the front wheel quickly lean forward
Think about wedging. Point your toes a little down and put pressure against the petal and lift. Thats what helped me get it up.
Lean back and press forward and have your feet angled forward .
Can u pop ur back tyre without lifting the front one ??
Yes
When ur back wheel is up push ur bars forward
Jump like u would on a scooter
just practice brining up your back tire but when u go for a bunny hop make sure your pedals are half way up then when u hop make sure u push down on the pedals ten bring your front wheel up then bring the back up
As u lift the front end of the bike up ur going to point ur toes down and pull the bars up
Put one foot on the ground and the other on your back pedal and scoop the foot on the pedal up this should get it of the ground and then repeat the same motion whilst moving with you other foot on the front pedal and once you are confident do the same thing once you pull up the front
Practice using your toes curled around pedals and getting just the back tyre off the ground. When comfortable with that, connect it all together and you'll be hoppy lol
Don’t think about it when you’re front tire comes up bring your legs up
Use your feet and pull up on the peddles
To bring up your back tire you need to try and scoop your feet, act as if your jumping normaly but bring the bike with you by putting your feet and a downward angle
All you gotta do is curl your feet so that u can catch the pegs on your pedals and then just pull up your feet
It'll be hard to get over the fear you have but just keep pushing until you can do it, and to get the rear wheel up point your toes down, shift your weight forward and scoop your legs backwards
Make it fell like your jumping with out the bike keep your feet on the pedles and point your toes down
In order to get your front wheel up is you want to pull up your front wheel. Then shift you weight towards on the bike while in the air. The key is font think about falling, just think about landing the trick.
It helps if you kinda bend your to down to grip the pedals them lift up
Just watch Adam Lzs old video on how to bunny hop it is very helpful
you have to practice at lifting your back wheel only .then try to pull your front wheel and then your back wheel, after that try to do the same thing in the air
Practice on the ground may help. Shift your weight over your rear wheel and push your handlebar on the ground. Once you get used to that body position, you can do it in the air without even thinking about it.
Lean your body forward when your front tire is up. Practice just lifting your back tire on flat ground then do the same when your front tire is up.
Don't focus on your front tire as much focus on your back tire and pull your arms up as far as you can
When you pull up point your toes down and pull them up
Push your front tire ford
Try and jump with your bike and make shore to shift your weight slightly forward and point your toes to scoop your back up
Just bull your ass up
while you stand out of your bike take your handelbard and do the bunnyhop motion. You should be able to do a foot bunnyhop. Once there get on your bike and shred it
Just lean forward
As soon as your front tire is at its peak scoop the back end up with your back foot drawing the back wheel to your ass and relax it’s a fluid motion
Well this could be because the back is too heavy I have that problem and about freezing just get some confidence we all had bad day or bad crashes just keep trying
Try a bonk hop when u hit the back wheel onto something to get used to the back wheel up
all you really do is jump with your bike while holding your pedals with your feet
Tilt your toes down and scoop the back end, practise the 2 motions separate then put it together
Push your bars forward, while pointing your toes down and pushing back with your toes!
Pull up then push forward 💪
I think you need to commit a little bit more while scooping with ur back pedals and then I think you will get it
Lean forward
When you pull up the front wheel put all of your weight forward while your front wheel is up and jump at the same time
After your front tire is up point your toes down and bring your legs to your chest
Try push your bars forward and tuck your legs
All what you do is try scoop your feet up and jou should be able to bunny hop
Try to aim your toes down and jump that is what helped me
First of all you must have confidence on your bike and yourself then bring the front tire up then push forward.you don't have to bring the front tire to high remember the key to success is practise
So just lean back and move your hole body to the front while your toes are aiming a bit down put all your weight from the back to the
Front to lift your back wheel
Hey dude. Try to learn how to endo first. Then when you get comfortable, try doing the endo without using the brakes.
Before actually bunny hopping, practice scooping your feet backwards and lean forward at the same time to lift it up, then go to bunny hopping. Text me if you need more help.
I'd say to keep practicing the flat hop. A tip is to tilt your feet forward to catch the back end a bit better. Once you master the flat hop you can try splitting the compression and extension movements. Start small, get bigger.
Yoo thats not a big problém try to ride slow and pull your body forward then your feet start to pulling your pedals up
Bunny hop is easy trick but for begginer is little bit sketchyer have a fun and ride ride and ride🙏
Learn to hop first then lift your front wheel up and instead of lifting the back wheel up hop
When your front tire comes up put most of your weight forward it should bring the back tire up
Practice by lifting your front tire up and letting it fall. And then once it lands lean foreword and kinda sorta like lift up on the pedals to lift the back tire up and then let it fall back down. Once you get used to this motion just do it a bit faster. All you gotta do to bunny hop is lift the front tire up and then lift the back tire up, it’s the same motion your doing when you do a wheelie and then an endo but faster
A tip is to use your feet to help get the back wheel off the ground when you push foward try to tilt your toes foward Adam Lz explained this tip very well on YouTube
No
Just push your bars directly forward and suck up your bike
Have you heard about compression on a bmx? Get the lowest you can before bunny hopping. First do a compression then level up the nose and push the bars while bending your knees. Try to find a video about compression before bunny hop. Good luck.
To pop your back tire up, jump and lean all your body weight over the front of the bike
Yes
Try to be more smooth
I like to first try to just pull my back tire up rather than going straight into it and just doing the back tire
Just fling your weight forword
Try to lean forward a bit
Push yourself forward after getting your front tire up. It sounds hard but eventually you will get it
It's because you are getting nervous when you go up to hop, send it and if you still have problems try it on a lighter bike and you'll be more used to doing it
Training manuals help
You must pull your foot to your body
Find where the best height to bring up your bars is chest or hips probably chest I just haven’t rode in a while. Then push forwards and up just about under a 45 degree angle
