The double peg grind performed in x-up position, which is when the bars are turned on 180° while keeping both hands on.
How do it
The double peg grind performed in x-up position. Remember, to perform X-Up Grind you need both front wheel pegs installed.
1.
Practice this trick on a low ledge. Do a couple of test bunny hop to double pegs.
2.
Now for the main event — you will be performing the x-up to the opposite side! Otherwise you’ll find it very difficult to exit, since your front wheel will be hitting the ledge (or rail).
3.
During the grind, keep your weight over the rear wheel. Keep your hands relaxed. Hold the handlebars with just 2 fingers on each hand.
4.
Exit by jumping to the side or riding off the end of the rail. Returning the handlebars to their normal position will help you push off the ledge/rail.
