How do it
A Spock where you duck the sail before the jump. To pop off, use the power from the opposite side of the sail.
1.
Gather a lot of speed and grab the boom in a wide hold. To prepare for the jump, select some flat water and bear away.
2.
Before flipping the sail, bring your weight over the board, crouch down slightly and open the sail. Begin straightening your legs and use both arms to direct the sail windward. While continuing to angle the sail, re‑grip your mast hand over your clew hand, placing it close to the boom head. Grab the sail on the other side, turn your body windward. Your front arm should be straight and your back arm bent.
3.
Bring the sail forward and pop off. Once in the air, tuck close to the clew, bend your back leg and look in the direction of rotation.
4.
Land nose‑first into the water and continue directing the sail windward. Lean forward, keeping your body over the board, bend your front leg and extend your back leg.
5.
Complete the spin by flipping the sail and grabbing the boom on the opposite side.
