Landing on the trampoline on your stomach.
How do it
Landing on the trampoline on your stomach. One of the basic trampoline elements. Has nothing to do with skiing, but really comes in handy while practicing tricks on the trampoline.
1.
Get down on all fours, do some low bouncing, straighten your legs and place your arms in front of your face. Land on your stomach and return to your starting position.
2.
Now stand on the net on your arms and legs. Bounce, land on your stomach, return.
3.
Now try landing on your stomach from a regular jump. At the peak of your jump, bring your arms and legs closer to your body, as if you're standing on all fours. From this position, straighten out and land on your stomach.
