FS Cut Back

Making a frontside cutback is reversing the direction that you are surfing in one smooth fluid move, facing the water line with your chest. It is performed if you are entering a flat section, where the wave is backing-off.
How do it
One of the basic moves for any surfer. It’s most often used to get back to a wave — and not miss it. After the bottom turn, this is the next move you should concentrate on.
1.
Begin executing once the section of the wave in front of you sufficiently flattens out.
2.
Do a shallow bottom turn and ride up to the top of the wave.
3.
Your board should be directed along the wave.
4.
Squat down and extend your arms sideways. This is called T‑position, since that’s what you resemble when in it.
5.
Shift your weight onto your back leg.
6.
Look back, keep your eyes on the foam.
7.
Continue looking and holding T‑position until you reach the foam.
8.
When you’re near the foam, swing your arms towards it and push off the foam with your board.
9.
Turn your head and then body in the direction opposite the foam — in the direction of your movement.
10.
Once you complete turning your board and continue riding, the trick is over and you are now in the ideal section of the wave.
