Straight jump in the air on a flat surface or knuckle pushed from tails.
How do it
The ski version of a skate ollie. A very useful little trick. If you need to jump over something on the slope, be it a branch, net, puddle or snowboard, the ollie is your best choice (the alternative being catching the obstacle with your noses).
1.
Lean on your heels, raise your noses, push off from your heels.
2.
Don't try to shift 100% of your weight onto your heels. Lean on them, yes, but push off upward simultaneously.
3.
Once you find the right balance between leaning and pushing upward, you've learned the ollie.
