I will mainly teach you basics and how to find your own flow with the sport you are trying to get involved in. As well as how to find sponsors, build and create a community-positive image and more.

Parkour is something I practice and study daily. I plan on traveling to Denver later this year to take a coach course and get certified by Apex. As for the other sports I've been training and practicing many disciplines for many years and have an understanding of them all and love to motivate and push people to do and be their best.
