Rider with board do a frontside 180° around the front feet placed on the ground, the weight is put on the front foot as well.
How do it
Spin 180 frontside around your front leg, which is set down on the ground. The crucial thing here is turning your frame and keeping your weight on your front leg at all times.
1.
Back foot is on the tail, and the toe of your front foot is at about the middle of the board, at a 45 degree angle. Almost all of your weight should be on your front foot.
2.
Begin turning your frame frontside.
3.
Your front foot goes down onto the ground and becomes the axis of the rotation.
4.
Your back leg follows your frame on its own, performs a light tail snap off the ground, the board jumps into the air and begins turning 180 degrees around your front leg, while your back leg remains on the tail, controlling the movement.
5.
When the rotation is almost complete and the board is descending, place your front leg onto the board, distribute your weight evenly between your legs and ride off in switch.
