330 riders can do it
A one footed grind in which you you grind on the outside edge of the boot, perpendicular to the obstacle.
How do it
This trick is the reverse of the backslide. The grind is also performed on one leg, only this time it’s your front one.
1.
Begin learning this trick by gradually lifting your back foot off the obstacle while you are grinding in a full torque.
2.
Balance is critical in the execution of this trick. When grinding full torque, your weight is shifted onto your back (i.e. support) leg, which is raised when performing a fast slide.
3.
You should be safe performing this trick as long as you have time to place your back leg onto the obstacle and catch your balance. It is important to monitor the position of your body and prevent it from tipping forward excessively.
4.
When performing this trick your leading leg is strained and the knee is pushed out forward.
