Lock in your front foot in heel forward position on the soul plate and put the back foot perpendicular to the obstacle for support.
How do it
Misfit.
1.
The entry is performed front leg first, landing in sueslide position.
2.
Keep your eyes on your rear leg and place it in a top position.
3.
Crouch down, knees as wide as you can make them — this will make putting up your back foot easier.
