Jump onto an obstalce, cross your shin-bones right above the skates. The leg nearest to the obstacle overlaps the front leg and become the leading.
How do it
Jumping onto an obstalce with your legs crossed at the shins. The leg nearest to the obstacle should overlap the front leg and become the leading leg. The main thing to the savannah and unity tricks is to squeeze your legs at the shins (right above the skates) as hard as you can.
1.
Ride up parallel to the obstacle.
2.
Jump with both legs, crossing them once you’re in the air.
3.
Your main support will be the leg grinding in the back.
4.
Shoulders deployed forward, so that your legs don’t disconnect while following the body.
5.
How far apart you’re to keep the skates is a matter of style and training.
