How do it
An obstacle entry with crossed legs. It's important to firmly squeeze your shins the moment you touch the obstacle. The leg nearest to the obstacle should go in front of the leading leg and thus BECOME the leading leg. The trick is more complex than the unity because your body will try to turn in the direction opposite to the grind. Your best bet is to practice it on a miniramp.
1.
The first leg that lands should be bent in full torque position and become your back leg. Keep your eyes on the obstacle and bring your second leg into leading position.
2.
Try to keep one shoulder turned in the direction of movement.
