You slide on the soul plate of the foot which is further from the obstacle, other foot is grabbed.
How do it
For this trick you jump onto the top of the frame with the leg farthest from the obstacle.
1.
If you're attempting the trick on a rail, be warned (and prepared) — it just might end up in between your legs.
2.
Try to get used to the obstacle by jumping over it, trying to land on it with an opposite foot position, without raising your leg and landing in a makio.
3.
Each time try to raise your leg a bit higher and keep your weight back.
4.
If you're attempting this trick on a box or ledge, your leg might fly out from under you, so be prepared to put down your hanging leg to avoid falling.
5.
Once you get comfortable, try doing a grab (catching the hanging leg with any arm).
