A grind using only the back foot balancing on the boot and frame. The free foot is usually grabbed.
How do it
In this trick you grind standing on your back leg. Catching your balance while doing the backside is always challenging, so it’s vital your entry is clean and you freeze you stance during the grind itself.
1.
Start off by doing a regular royal entry and trying to lift your front leg off the obstale during the grind.
2.
If you loose your balance, you can always return your leg onto the obstacle. If your back foot flies out from under you, be prepared to grab the obstacle with your arm and catch your fall.
3.
Use your front leg to help control your balance. Once you get comfortable, try grabbing your front leg during the grind.
