How do it
A trick where your back (support) leg jumps onto the obstacle, onto the soul plate — and the front leg turn it’s interior side forward.
1.
First place your support leg on the soul.
2.
Now bring up your leading leg.
3.
Move your knees appart and shift your weight over your support leg.
